Shopper’s Alley travels to the world’s fashion and lifestyle capitals every season to make sure that all items on trend. Every item on the site is meticulously selected and is divided into two main services: Luxury Management and The Fashion Outlet.
Luxury Management is like an international shopping concierge that allows you to make a list of designer items from abroad. Navigate through window display in the fashion alleys and streets abroad – Asian items are found on Ginza, brands from the USA are on Madison Ave, the finest from Great Britain is on Old Bond, watches from Switzerland can be found on Lucerne, the best in fashion can be seen at Avenue Montaigne, and the best from Italy is at Via Montenapoleone, but do not be limited to what’s on the list. If the item is on the map, it can be ordered and shipped under reasonable handling and shipping arrangement. We will buy the item/s straight from where it is originally made.
The Fashion Outlet is like an online outlet store. Pre-loved pieces, collector’s items, and special finds for the more prudent shopper are found here. The Fashion Outlet also offers an avenue to sell items that retail directly to charities or special projects in its For Love section.
Shopper’s Alley is the passion project of Cecille Arboleda, Annie Inciong, and Jovy Rabelas. Each coming from a different background, they are brought together by a common love for travel, an appreciation for the finer things in life, and a singular enthusiasm for shopping.

What’s the difference between Shopper’s List and Shopper’s Finds
Shopper’s List is like an online international shopping center with a concierge service that allows you to make a list even when they’re not yet available. Luxury brands are categorized and can be found on famous shopping streets around the world and includes latest collections that can be pre-ordered through our luxury managers.
Shopper’s Finds is like an online vintage store and the products listed are already available in stock. This includes limited edition items or hard-to-find pieces that are up for bid for a defined period of time. In addition, this section offers an avenue to sell items that retail directly to charities or special projects in its For Love section.
How does Luxury Management work?
Shopper’s Alley has dedicated luxury managers who can take care of your old luxury items, sell it at a competitive cost and replace it with the latest collection based on your interest and brand preference. Whatever will be the difference will be the total amount to be settled in case the item of your choice is more expensive than the sold amount.
Can I select my own charity?
Shopper’s Alley is currently working to expand our list of beneficiaries. At the moment, we are donating our full proceeds under For Love items to Juan Day–a charity headed by Angel Aquino, whose intent is to support school needs of Filipino children needing assistance so they can continue their studies.
My order was declined.
When “credit card was declined” appears while processing an order, it means that your credit card issuer/bank has declined the transaction. Usually, a quick call to your card issuer/bank will clear this up. Currently, you can process your credit card payment through Paypal only, where you must have an existing and verified account. Another option is to pay cash on delivery. Just select it in the payment option and wait for an email and phone confirmation from us. In addition, we are working on adding additional payment options to make your transaction easier and faster.
Please note that all orders are reviewed by Shopper’s Alley and a very small percentage of them are declined if inconsistencies like fraud are identified by our system. If this is the case, you will receive an email from Shopper’s Alley (firstname.lastname@example.org) informing you that your order was declined. If you wish to place your order again, you may do so. Our Order Pages are hosted in a very secure environment. However, there are a number of settings your merchant may have selected that cause the padlock graphic not to show in your browser. How is VAT calculated?
We collect VAT from all Philippine-based consumers who will have the orders delivered locally. We collect a standard 12% VAT and pay it directly to the relevant national authorities (BIR).
